高锐锋,永利23411集团副院长,副教授、博士生导师,上海交通大学校外博士生导师,全国高校综合智能交通专业联盟副秘书长,江苏省青蓝工程优秀教学团队骨干教师,世界交通运输大会技术委员会委员,中国自动化学会综合智能交通专委会委员,永利yl23411优秀教育工作者。2013年获通信与信息系统专业硕士学位,2019年获信息与通信工程专业博士学位,曾赴新加坡科技设计大学、加拿大康考迪亚大学开展访问研究,长期从事海域无线通信、信道测量与建模、数字孪生等方向的研究。

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、重点项目课题,参与交通运输行业联合科技攻关项目、江苏省自然科学基金等项目10余项。发表论文40余篇,授权发明专利10余件,获2025年教育部科学研究优秀成果奖二等奖、2023/2021中国自动化学会科技进步二等奖、2023中国产学研合作创新成果优秀奖、2025 IEEE/CIC ICCC最佳论文奖、2019 IEEE MICC最佳论文奖等。
